Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain items are non-returnable (see list below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Hydroponic Growing Media
- Grass Seed
- Landscaping Supplies that have been opened or used
- Indoor Plants (due to their perishable nature)

- Wait for Approval: Our Portland-based team will review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund:

Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be charged the difference after we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian and remote areas we don’t ship to), return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
